1. Order Cancellation Window
- For Non-Customized Products: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
- For Customized/Personalized Orders: Once design work or production has begun, cancellations are not allowed, as these products are made specifically for you.
2. How to Cancel

3. Refunds on Cancelled Orders
- If your order is eligible for cancellation and has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
- If production has already started or the item has been shipped, no refund will be issued.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Unavailability of materials or stock
- Incomplete or fraudulent payment
- Design issues that cannot be resolved
In such cases, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
5. Modifications Instead of Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., artwork correction, delivery address, or product type), please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the order status.
