3. Custom Orders

Customers submitting custom designs or images for printing are responsible for:

  1. Having the legal right to use such content
  2. Ensuring the content is free of hate, violence, or copyrighted materials not owned by them

We reserve the right to reject any submission that violates our content standards.


4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦). We accept various payment methods, including debit cards and bank transfers.

Orders will only be processed once full payment is confirmed. Prices and payment methods may change at any time without notice.


5. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Delivery timelines vary based on order type and location.
  2. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.


6. Return and Refund Policy

  1. Customized items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly printed.
  2. Non-custom items may be returned within 5 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
  3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on SilkLike.ng—including logos, designs, product images, and text—is the property of Silklike.ng or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without our written permission.



8. User Conduct

You agree not to:
