1. Return Eligibility
Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, we can only accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Order: If you received the wrong item or design different from what you ordered.
- Damaged Item: If the product arrives damaged or defective.
- Printing Errors: If there is a mistake in the design or text that was not present in your approved draft (for custom orders).
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Customer-provided errors (e.g., incorrect spelling or image submitted)
- Slight color variations due to screen differences
2. Return Process
If your order qualifies for a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Notify Us Within 48 Hours
- Send an email to support@silklike.ng with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
- Await Confirmation
- We will assess the situation and respond within 2 business days.
- Return Shipping
- If a return is required, you will be responsible for shipping the item back unless the error was on our part.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method. Alternatively, you may request store credit or a replacement item.
4. Cancellations
Orders for custom-printed items cannot be cancelled once production has started. For non-personalized items, you may cancel within 12 hours of placing your order.
