Refund Policy

At Silklike.ng, we take pride in the quality of our digital printing and curated gift items. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business. However, due to the custom nature of many of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns.


1. No Refund for Custom or Personalized Orders

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of most of our products (e.g., custom prints, personalized gifts), all sales are final once production has begun. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  1. Incorrect design or information provided by the customer
  2. Change of mind after order confirmation

Please double-check all details (e.g., names, photos, dates) before submitting your order.


2. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will gladly replace it or offer a full refund. To qualify:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos showing the issue
  3. Return the item (if requested) in its original packaging


3. Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will quickly resolve the issue by:

  1. Sending the correct item at no extra cost, or
  2. Issuing a full or partial refund, depending on the situation


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 30 min of placement. After that, production may have already started and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.


5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To begin a refund or replacement request:

  2. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos (if applicable)

We aim to resolve all issues promptly and fairly.
